This includes any inadvertent damage or alteration beyond the intended transformation into the keepsake.
You also acknowledge that the final product may not meet your exact expectations, as each keepsake is unique and created with the materials provided. By sending your clothing item(s) to us, you release Old Clinch Crafters from any claims or dissatisfaction regarding the finished product. This is why communication is key.
