- Any customization requests (such as embroidery, fabric placement preferences, or special designs)
- Contact information and delivery preferences
Once you submit the form, we’ll reach out to confirm your order details and answer any questions.
2. Gather Your Clothing
Choose shirts that have special meaning to you or your loved ones. Whether they are t-shirts, button-downs, or other types of clothing, we can help transform them into a treasured keepsake. Be sure to select clothing that’s in good condition for the best results.
3. Ship Your Clothing to Us
Once you’ve gathered the shirts, package them securely and ship them to us. We’ll provide clear shipping instructions or you can drop them off to us at The Oxbow Center, St. Paul, VA. If you have any questions about how to package or ship the clothing, don’t hesitate to contact us!
4. Pillow Design & Planning
Once we receive your clothing, we’ll start planning the design of your memory pillow. During this stage, we’ll:
- Determine the best sections of fabric to use, based on the shirts you’ve provided
- Confirm any special features,
- Finalize the design, ensuring that it matches your vision and is perfect for your keepsake
If we need additional input from you, we’ll reach out to make sure everything is just right before we start creating your pillow.
5. Creating Your Memory Pillow
After finalizing the design, our team will begin crafting your memory pillow. Each pillow is made with care, from cutting the fabric to sewing and stitching it together. We focus on quality and precision to ensure your pillow is both beautiful and durable.
6. Regular Updates
During the creation process, we’ll keep you updated on our progress. If you’d like to see photos of the pillow as it’s being made, just let us know—we’re happy to share the journey with you!
7. Final Review & Adjustments
Before completing your memory pillow, we’ll give you the chance to review the final design. If you’d like to make any adjustments, we’ll ensure everything is exactly how you envisioned it before finishing your pillow.
8. Shipping Your Finished Memory Pillow
Once your pillow is complete, we’ll carefully package and ship it to you, or you may pick it up. You’ll receive tracking information so you can monitor its journey and look forward to receiving your finished memory pillow.

By sending your clothing item(s) to Old Clinch Crafters, you authorize us to use the items in the creation of your keepsake. This may involve alterations such as cutting, sewing, and other modifications necessary to complete the final product.
You understand and agree that the clothing item(s) provided will be permanently altered and cannot be returned in their original form. Once the clothing is used in the creation of the keepsake, it will no longer be in its original condition.
Additionally, you release Old Clinch Crafters, along with its employees, agents, and contractors, from any and all liability for any loss, damage, or destruction of the clothing item(s) during the creation of the keepsake. This includes any inadvertent damage or alteration beyond the intended transformation into the keepsake.
You also acknowledge that the final product may not meet your exact expectations, as each keepsake is unique and created with the materials provided. By sending your clothing item(s) to us, you release Old Clinch Crafters from any claims or dissatisfaction regarding the finished product. This is why communication is key.
